當切完食物要由切菜板倒入鍋中時往往很不方便，有時甚至會不小心滑出切菜板，搞得亂七八糟，設計師Nikolai Carels將切菜板一邊作成U型溝槽，讓您要倒食物時更方便，而且雙面顏色設計，讓您一個砧板就能解決切生食與熟食的煩惱，省下更多廚房空間。



本設計得到2005年德國紅點設計大獎(Reddot Design Award winner 2005，工業設計世界三大獎之一)的肯定。

砧板共有四種顏色可選擇，購買時請注意：紅色(Red)、藍色(blue)、柏樹綠(cypress green)、煤炭黑(anthracite)

Dice and slice without making a mess?

Cut food and let it slide in to the pan with no spillage. Easy to lift, different colours for different ingredients. Made from Polypropylene.
The function of a cutting board is obvious. However with most smaller cutting boards, your ingredients will fall off while trying to slide them into your pan. This polypropylene cutting board however is curved on both sides to prevent this from happening, making it also easier to lift. The two colors can be used to remember which ingredients were cut on which side: chicken on one side, vegetables on the other. In this way, cross contamination with salmonella is prevented.
